The acquisition of any of the products implies the full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the General Conditions indicated, without prejudice to the acceptance of the Particular Conditions that may apply when purchasing certain products.
These General Conditions may be modified without prior notice; therefore, it is advisable to carefully read its contents before proceeding to the acquisition of any of the offered products.

Tegui reserves the right to decide, at any time, what products and/or services are offered to Customers. In this way, Tegui may, at any time, add new products and/or services to those currently offered. Tegui also reserves the right to withdraw or stop offering, at any time, and without prior notice, any its products.
All this without prejudice to the acquisition of any of the products can only be done by subscribing or registering a USER, granting the interested party a User name and a password, which will identify and enable them personally in order to have access to the products.

If the product is not in conformity with the contract, the consumer may choose between repairing or replacing the product, both being free of charge to the consumer, which will be carried out within a reasonable period of time depending on the nature of the products and the purpose for which they were intended.
If the repair is completed and the product is delivered, it remains in non accordance with the contract, the consumer may demand its replacement, the reduction of the price or the termination of the contract.
